Does my child need basketball experience?+
No. Level Up welcomes beginners as well as experienced athletes. A free assessment helps us discuss the right training group and goals.
Is the assessment free?+
Yes. Request a free assessment + tour, and our team will confirm the visit time. Joining a training membership is a separate step with its own fees and commitment.
What is the difference between training and AAU?+
Academy training focuses on individual skills and development. AAU adds team practices and tournament competition. Team placement, fees, and seasonal commitments are explained on the AAU page.
Can parents watch training?+
Practices are closed to spectators to support focus and development. A parent or guardian may remain when needed for an athlete’s medical care. Please notify the front desk before practice so arrangements can be made.
How do booking and missed sessions work?+
Book the correct session at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions are not credited or refunded. Review the full membership policies, including month pauses, before joining.
Do you accept charter funds or offer assistance?+
We accept funding from approved charter partners. Contact our team to confirm your school’s process. Families can also explore the Foundation’s financial assistance application; assistance is subject to review and availability.
